Term of Use

AGENSI PEKERJAAN MEDTALENT SDN BHD

If a candidate recommended by the “Service Provider” gets selected then the “Client” will

make payments for the services rendered by the “Service Provider” as per the following terms:

No	Description	Fees	Guarantee Period
1	Manager level & above	1 month salary	3 months
2	Executive level & below	1 month salary	1 month

Final Invoice would be raised on the day of the candidate completed 1 month on their job

position the same is payable within Thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt of the

undisputed invoice from the “Service Provider”. The detailed scope of the services relating to this

present agreement is mentioned and included in “Annexure- A” and will form the part of this

agreement.

In case the selected candidate resigns from “Client” during the “Guarantee Period” the

“Service Provider” will stand liable to provide replacement for such candidate/candidates.

“Service Provider” on its own behalf and on behalf of its staff(s)/personnel(s) agrees that it

will hold in trust and confidence all Confidential Information of “Client” and will not disclose to

others, directly or indirectly. “Service Provider” if required also agrees to enter into a Non-Disclosure

Agreement with “Client”.
